Conference Guide

Speakers information

Speakers are kindly requested to respect the allocated time to avoid any delay during the sessions. It is not permitted to use your own laptop or other device due to time constraints. A laptop PC will be available in the conference room. Presentations should be uploaded in PPT or PDF format the day before or during the break preceding the allocated session. Presentation files must be named using the following format: Name_Surname_ItaBIC26. Speakers are required to upload their presentation before their session begins. Speakers scheduled for the first sessions are strongly recommended to arrive early to allow sufficient time to upload their presentations.

The official language of the conference will be English.

Poster presentations

Posters may be mounted on the designated boards on the morning of 7 September and should remain on display for the duration of the conference. Dedicated poster sessions will take place on 8 September, while participants are welcome to view the posters throughout the meeting. All posters must be removed at the end of the conference on 9 September.

Poster boards will be numbered according to the scientific programme (see the downloadable version). Presenters are kindly requested to display their poster on the assigned board. Pins will be provided by the Organizing Secretariat.

The required poster format is A0 portrait (84 × 119 cm) to fit the dimensions of the poster boards.
